Kaku Matharu and i have been speaking about doing a book / blog / webpage on the history of our Family for a long time. Kaku actually put a webpage link to his work website and started the process and ball rolling.
The object here is for us all to share our experiences and history to create a dialogue and hopefully have a volume of the History of our families and their great achievements.

ReplyDeleteMy father John Salt, used to take his cars to your workshop in the late 1960's. They once replaced the roof of a BMW which had been rolled during practice for the safari and I believe they also built a rear wishbone for a lotus 15 from steel as a replacement as the spares were not available on a pilots wages. He enjoyed their amazing ability and enthusiasm. It also helped that they were rather fond of the Naffi whisky.
